Customer Service Policy

Lonsdale London is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes within Australia are between 5-7 business days; in the unlikely event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Security Policy
When purchasing from Lonsdale London your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Refunds and Returns
Lonsdale aims to provide total customer satisfaction and is happy to refund or exchange most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer change of mind refunds any underwear.

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, please use the contact us form, fill in your details and someone will contact you within 48 hours with details as to how the product can be returned to us. Please remember that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, not including postage and handling. Please note, any returns received with missing items or without original packaging, or tags attached will not be credited.

Please Note: None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Australian Trade Practices Act.

Please note all returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or would like to exchange for anything else, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received.  This is necessary as the desired item maybe be out of stock by the time we receive your return, and it will ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s).  All appropriate policies apply to all returned items.  Please remember that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, not including postage and handling.

Return to any Lonsdale store
Returns unfortunately will not be accepted at any Lonsdale store.

Prices in Australian Dollars
Unless otherwise specified, all prices listed on this Website are in Australian Dollars and do not include any freight charges or Taxes other than the GST. You are required to pay all freight charges and Taxes applicable. Taxes means any direct or indirect tax, levy, charge, impost, duty, fee or withholding which is assessed, levied, imposed or collected by any governmental agency or other authority and imposed on any transaction including the sale, purchase, hire, importation, transport or delivery of any goods and services and includes any goods and services tax and customs duty.
