RETURNS OR EXCHANGES


Lonsdale aims to provide total customer satisfaction and are happy to refund or exchange most online purchases up to 28 days from the day you purchase the goods. Please remember that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, not including postage and handling. All returns must be accompanied by the returns form, enclosed with your goods.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer change of mind refunds on any underwear, hats or drink bottles.

If the goods are faulty you may be entitled to have the goods replaced or refunded if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and are deemed faulty. If you think that there is a fault with an item you have received please contact us at online@vag.net.au

If you change your mind, the goods returned must be in their original condition which includes any packaging and tags. All goods will be inspected on return prior to warranting a credit. Please allow 10 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be redelivered. We do not offer refunds on Sale items.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE TO LONSDALE RETAIL STORES


Returns and Exchanges are accepted at Lonsdale Retail Stores excluding our Factory Outlets up to 28 days from the day you purchased the goods. All goods to be returned or exchanged must be in original condition and accompanied by the returns forms enclosed with your goods or an invoice. We do not offer refunds on Sale items.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer change of mind refunds on any underwear, hats or drink bottles.

RETURNS TERMS AND GUIDELINES


- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packagin if applicable.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items
- All items must be in originals, resellable condition
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post
- If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit
- If returning an item from outside Australia, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any cusoms charges. Lonsdale is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
