Lonsdale London (Australia) uses a variety of couriers via Shippit to offer you an affordable and fast delivery service.
All orders that are placed Monday to Friday before 8am AEST will be processed and dispatched on the same day where the product is available in our warehouse. Orders placed after 8am EST will be processed and dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 8am EST on Friday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for "Outlet" items or when an item from your order needs to be sourced from one of our retail stores.
Please allow extra time for processing and delivery around the Christmas/New Year period, Easter, other public holidays and during sale events. Around these times we are have increase in orders and various closures due to public holidays.
All communication regarding shipping will come from Shippit which will advise who your order was sent through, tracking details and an estimated arrival day.
Domestic Shipping (within Australia)
We offer free shipping (generally 2-5 business days) for all orders over $75 within Australia.
Major Metropolitan areas will generally receive orders within 2-5 Business Days, for other regional areas and Western Australia it can take up to 6-7 Business Days.
All orders must be signed for, so please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address. If there is no one home or available to sign for the parcel the courier will leave a note and will either attempt to deliver it again. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
We use DHL (generally 2-6 Business Days) to ship all our International Orders.
International Customs Duties

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $75 only within Australia.
All credit/debit card sales are processed via eWay to limit fraudulent use of cards. Certain credit/debit card transactions will undergo further checks if required. This includes a small refund being processed on the card used to make the original purchase. This amount needs to be confirmed before the order is shipped. Please note that this may add 3-5 business days to the delivery of your order. All transactions will appear on your statement as “VAG Pty LTd”. We also accept PayPal to verified users.
